The study focuses on analyzing Globant’s micro, meso, and macro environments to
understand how the company’s communication strategies operate. The research explores
Globant’s relationship with its main publics, its strategic purpose, organizational culture, and
sustainability model. This analysis identifies the main challenges affecting the company’s
reputation and stakeholder engagement, leading to the formulation of a comprehensive
communication plan for Globant Argentina: Reinventing Connection. The plan aims to
strengthen its positioning as an innovative, inclusive, and purpose-driven employer brand,
connecting global identity with local impact.
