The project below consists of a global communication plan for TheFork, part of the
TripAdvisor Media Group. This company provides online reservation services in
Restaurants. The purpose of this work is to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the
organization's ecosystem, context, communication and stakeholders; in order to identify
the main publics and Public Relations issues that the company is facing and propose a
global communication plan aimed to solve them. |
