Resumen:
The purpose of this project is to analyse Novartis Argentina Oncology to
understand the internal and external factors that affect this part of this multinational
pharmaceutical organization. We aim to propose an effective communication plan to
help solve detected problems. Through the analysis we have encountered limitations
such as legal restrictions on communication related to cancer treatments in Argentina.
Because of this, the oncology department relies heavily on its medical sales
representatives and the relationships these have with oncology doctors and medical
institutions. First, we propose the development of a mobile app to make their jobs
easier; expecting to promote the employer brand and attract more employees in this
area. Secondly, applying a points system through which these key employees can gain
benefits by building relationships, with the objective of further motivating them and
expanding the presence of Novartis in the Argentinean oncology industry while
conveying its core vision of innovating medicine. Through this we expect them to
establish new relationships and increase the number of contacts in medical institutions.
