<title>A Global Communication Plan for PepsiCo</title>
<link>http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/16827</link>
<description>A Global Communication Plan for PepsiCo
This research undertakes a comprehensive examination of PepsiCo through micro-,&#13;
meso-, and macro-environmental analytical frameworks in order to elucidate the&#13;
strategic dynamics governing its beverages and convenient foods divisions. The&#13;
findings identify a substantive reputational vulnerability: while the company’s product&#13;
brands achieve considerable market visibility, the corporate voice remains intermittent&#13;
and predominantly reactive. Furthermore, there is a discernible deficiency in its&#13;
presence within regional media ecosystems and in its engagement with legislative and&#13;
municipal stakeholders. Such limitations constrain the corporation’s capacity to&#13;
consolidate reputational capital, cultivate sustained stakeholder trust, and anticipate&#13;
regulatory developments with potential implications for its long-term strategic&#13;
positioning.

<title>Global organization analysis</title>
<link>http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/16826</link>
<description>Global organization analysis
The primary objective of this project is to present a communication campaign for the&#13;
company McDonald’s Argentina, the world’s leading fast-food chain with over 38.000&#13;
franchises in more than 114 countries. The campaign is based on in-depth research&#13;
across four key markets: the United States, Argentina, France, and Japan. However, its&#13;
implementation focuses exclusively on Argentina.&#13;
To reach the objectives of the campaign, an analysis of McDonald’s micro-environment,&#13;
meso-environment, and macro-environment was conducted, allowing an effective&#13;
understanding of each country's unique challenges and purposes. Moreover, a SWOT&#13;
analysis also revealed the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and&#13;
threats. The proposed communication campaign outlines a strategic approach aimed at&#13;
reinforcing McDonald’s position as a leader in professional development and provider&#13;
of career growth opportunities. Additionally, the campaign emphasizes the company's&#13;
commitment to innovation by integrating AI and emerging technologies into its&#13;
operations, showcasing McDonald's as a forward-thinking organization.

<link>http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/16825</link>
<description>Final Major Project: LG Electronics
The main purpose of this final major project is to analyse LG’s micro, macro and&#13;
meso environments, in order to understand its business strategies and develop an effective&#13;
communication plan.&#13;
As a result of comprehensive research, we were able to identify the company's key&#13;
challenges affecting the company's position across different markets. These challenges were&#13;
evaluated not only as obstacles, but also as potential opportunities for growth. The project&#13;
aims to provide insights into LG´s corporate context across Argentina, United States and&#13;
South Korea (Headquarters) and propose communication solutions aligned with its brand&#13;
identity, stakeholders expectations and global trends.
